Privacy Policy

Last updated 2 August 2026. Applies to the AirwayWise iPhone and Apple Watch apps, published by Buckshot Digital Sales Inc.

AirwayWise does not collect your data. There is no account to create, no server to send anything to, and no analytics or advertising code of any kind in the app. Everything you record stays on your device.

That is the whole policy. The rest of this page explains it precisely, because a one-line promise is easy to write and worth nothing without the detail behind it.

What we collect

Nothing. In App Store Connect, AirwayWise is declared as Data Not Collected, which is the strictest available declaration, and it is accurate.

• No accounts. There is no sign-up, no sign-in, no email address and no profile. We have no way to identify you and no record that you exist.
• No back end. The app has no server. There is nowhere for your sessions, check-ins, notes or custom workouts to be sent, because we do not run anything to receive them.
• No third-party kits. No analytics, no crash reporting service, no attribution or advertising network, no social login. The app links Apple's own frameworks and nothing else.
• No tracking. AirwayWise does not track you across apps or websites, does not use the advertising identifier, and never presents an App Tracking Transparency prompt, because it has nothing to ask for.
• No microphone. AirwayWise does not record audio. It does not listen while you sleep, and it never asks for microphone permission.
• No health data. AirwayWise does not read from or write to Apple Health.
• No location, contacts, photos or calendar.

What the app stores, and where

Everything you create lives in the app's own storage on your device:

Purchases

Purchases and subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your card, your billing address or your Apple Account details. The app asks StoreKit a single question, which is whether this Apple Account currently holds AirwayWise Pro, and Apple answers yes or no. We receive no personal information as part of that, and Apple's payment terms and privacy policy apply to the transaction.

Notifications

Reminders are scheduled locally on your device by the operating system. They are not push notifications, no server is involved, and nothing about them leaves the phone. If you decline notification permission, the app tells you plainly that reminders cannot be delivered rather than showing a switch that does nothing.

Export and sharing

You can export your session history and your check-ins as plain CSV files at any time, at no cost, for as long as you have the app. The export is always started by you, and it hands the file to the system share sheet so you choose where it goes. AirwayWise does not upload it anywhere. The same is true of the progress card you can share: it is an image rendered on your device and handed to the share sheet.

Deleting your data

Delete the app and the data on that device goes with it. There is nothing held anywhere else, so there is no request to send us and nobody to send it to.

Children

AirwayWise is rated 4+ and contains no objectionable content, but it is written for adults. It does not knowingly collect anything from anyone of any age, because it does not collect anything from anyone.

Changes to this policy

If the app ever starts doing something this page does not describe, this page changes first and the date at the top changes with it. A change that affects what leaves your device would also be described in the app's release notes rather than quietly published here.
